TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payments

If you decide to book your tour program, we require your deposit 50% of full payment (100% advance payment is possible) more than 2-3 months prior to departure. The remaining balance of tour must be done at least 1month prior to starting date of service. Payment can be made by bank wire transfer, international money transfer services or Master and Visa cards.
Bank details will be given to you in advance. Please be informed that you should pay the bank charger of transfer. We will send you confirmation of your booking on receipt of your deposit and full payment.

Cancellations

Full payment is due 30 days prior to the start of tour. In case of cancellation, please send us the request in written.
If you cancel your booking after you have paid your deposit and full payment (prior to departure) the following cancellation charges as per person:
More than 30 days – 15% only
Less than 30 days – 50% of tour price
Less than 1 week – 100% of tour price.
Day of departure or later – 100% of tour price.

Complaints

If customer- client will be dissatisfied with the service and raise complaint during the tour he|she should inform tour leader. In case of misunderstanding we will take all possible steps to resolve amicably such complaints.
